Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. • Development. Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees. • Performance Management. Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. • Compliance. Manage cases in line with SLAs. - Manage ‘pending new recruits’ function converting employee and contingent worker records accurately and in line with SLAs. - Manage the HRDM routine schedule to review data for accuracy and compliance, including dual maintenance with local systems (payroll). - Provide customer service and education to all stakeholders including HR Team, Global HR Data Management, managers and employees. - Support with maintenance of PeoplePoint training aids and resources. • HR Administration for AUA Region - Recruitment Authorisations (RAs) – provide concierge service to review and distribute ApproveMe approvals detailing the stakeholders, identifying the action items, and provide user instructions required to perform the transactions in PeoplePoint. - Employment Contracts and Variation Letters – daily actioning and distribution of change of employment letters requests, ensuring accuracy and recording. - Exit Survey – manage process, and invitations to complete. • Be adaptable to work on projects and perform all other duties as assigned, including but not limited to supporting the HR transformation journey and continuous improvement of our processes and service model to the business. • Ensure confidentiality, privacy and sensitivity of company, business, employee and workforce data and information.
