    接受身份: ( 必要條件) 美國居民,公民 或 持有綠卡 Provide hardware, software and network support to company‘s user community. This support includes installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software associated with network servers, PC workstations, peripheral devices, and network connectivity in a MS Windows environment. Support the Melnor user community in the use of business system applications including MS Office, MS Outlook and SAP B1 / LISA. Maintain up-to-date inventory of all hardware and all software licenses. Monitor and maintain all aspects of network security and the protection of all connected PC assets. Job Skill and Knowledge Requirements:  Advanced skills in PC hardware maintenance  Advanced skills in Network Administration, Monitoring and Troubleshooting  Advanced skills in Microsoft Active Directory and Domain Controllers  The ability to analyze and resolve PC hardware and software problems  Advanced skills in Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office  Advanced knowledge in Switchvox (VOIP) Phone System administration  The aptitude/ability and willingness to learn new technology  The ability to adjust to constantly changing priorities  The ability to communicate with a diverse group of associates  The ability to teach/train associates to use Business System Applications Job Duties, Activities, and Responsibilities:  Provide user support for PC Hardware and Software  Establish network users, user environments, directories and security.  Install and maintain network and workstation software and hardware  Provide local phone system (Switchvox) administration  Coordinate IT’s user support function (Help Desk - iSupport)  Learn new technology and applications  Perform IT Operational functions as required  Support associates in using SAP B1 & LISA applications and ERP Administration  IT Asset management  Basic Project Management  eCommerce & EDI Management  Preparing system documentation  Develop business solution using appropriate PC based tools  Analyze and resolve information/business system related problems  Perform computer and server operational functions  Other duties as assigned working experience in these areas: Layer 2 & 3 Switches & Routers DNS – Both Internal & External Active Directory / Group Policy / DHCP Distributed File Systems Management Network permissions and security management VMWare ESXi / Vcenter Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016 Suse Linux VLAN Management Engenius Wireless System Management Patch Management for Clients & Servers Ability to provide Support for Apple MACS Support & Administer Switchvox VOIP phone system Advanced skills with SonicWall Firewall with VPN Administrative Skills Comodo Endpoint Protection management Carbonite backup management for Laptops /Desktops Unitrends Backup Management for servers Ricoh Asset Fleet Management Administrative Skills for: O/365 Adobe Various other PC based software iSupport Helpdesk Software SAP B1

Functions as an EDI liaison between sales managers, sales representatives, customers, and this organization under the direction of the Customer Service Manager. Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience. Experience in Data Analysis, EDI (Electronic Data Interface). * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proactive thinking, problem solving under pressure, suggesting changes to improve processes and productivity * Ability to prioritize and work multiple tasks during periods of high activity * Understanding of EDI (operational, trouble shooting, document mapping) * ERP systems (SAP, LX BPCS, other) * API experience preferred * Excellent Microsoft Office skills – especially Excel * Manages the timely processing of inbound data into Management System * Confirms outbound EDI is created and delivered successfully * Works with trading partners, and outside contractor to identify and resolve data issues and implements corrective actions * Reviews rejected documents to determine cause and implements corrective action to ensure we are compliant with trading partners * Researches fines for EDI related chargebacks – implements corrective actions if necessary * Determines if there are data transmission errors and escalates them to outside contractor when necessary * Maintains data in LX to facilitate the processing of orders without errors (Promotions and Deals, Special Pricing Files, Customer Cross References and Ship To’s in LX and in Trading Partner Entity files * Studies best practices and recommends improvements to processes, systems, upgrades and services * Maintain/monitor up-to-date files in customer masters * Manual Order Entry if needed on EDI customer orders * Manual ASN entry if necessary * Work in customer portals retrieving orders, providing acknowledgement/acceptance of items, quantities, pricing and terms, ASN and creation of bookings and invoice * Other customer service functions as needed.
